About Bellaire
Bellaire was founded in 1908 by William Wright Baldwin on part of the 9,449-acre Rice Ranch, as a residential neighborhood and agricultural trading center. Today it is an independent city surrounded by Houston, prized for its schools, parks and quiet streets.

Homes you'll find
Many original ranch homes have been replaced with new-construction single-family homes; lots are the main draw.
